Privacy

Your account

If you create an account we keep: your email, your password (only as a protected code, nobody can read it), the date you signed up and your last visit, and which videos you started today (to count the free videos of the day). If you log in with Patreon or Discord we also keep your name and id there, the state of your PORNFLIX Plus membership and, for Discord, your roles in our server: that's how Plus turns on by itself.

Emails

We email you only to confirm your address and to reset your password. News about new videos only if you ask for it; you can stop them from your account page.

Cookies

Only what is needed to log in: one cookie keeps you logged in, another one lasts a few minutes while you log in with Patreon or Discord. No advertising cookies, no tracking across other websites.

What we count

To understand which videos people like and to keep the site working well, we count anonymous statistics: the video page opened, how much of the video is played and which moments are watched the most, the quality, playback problems, the approximate country, the type of device, operating system, browser, language, time zone, screen size, and the website or app that sent you here.

What we don't do

No tracking across other websites, no advertising profiles, we never sell your data. Your IP address is used only for a moment: to look up the country, to count each visitor once a day and to stop abuse of the free plan through a code that changes every day and is never saved. The country lookup runs on our own server with the IP Geolocation by DB-IP database: nothing is sent to anyone.

Saved on your device

The player remembers a few settings in your browser: that you confirmed your age, the volume, the quality and where you stopped watching. They stay on your device. Clear the site data in your browser to remove them.

How long

The statistics are kept as daily totals for up to 13 months, then deleted. Your account stays until you delete it: from your account page, at any time, and it is gone right away.

Other services

The PORNFLIX Plus and Discord buttons take you to Patreon and Discord, which have their own privacy policies. If you choose to unlock a video with Linkvertise, you go to Linkvertise, which shows ads and has its own privacy policy.

Legal basis and contact

We keep your account data to give you the service you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and count the statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can ask about it, ask for a copy or the deletion of your data, or object, through our community.
